Your teaching career truly begins to unfold after graduation. That’s why at STEP we believe, “Once a STEPpie, always a STEPpie.”

We will continue to support you in your development as an educator and as a professional even after graduation with the variety of support networks that we offer.

• The majority of our graduates still maintain some type of contact with individuals in their cohort even several years after their graduation.

• Many of our Cooperating Teachers are STEP graduates.

• At least half of graduates remain in the Bay Area and are able to take advantage of professional development opportunities that SUSE offers as well as maintaining their involvement in STEP’s partnership schools.
